I will periodically update you all with book progress. As of right now, I have about half the book completed in a rough draft state.
If any of you fancy yourself editors, I'll be looking for some people to help with editing once the first pass is finished. If you fit any of these descriptions, please contact me:
-Meticulous spelling and grammar nazi who knows how commas and semicolons work and the difference between who and whom.
-Biologist/sciency person who can read over my words and suggest more techincal, sciency sounding ways to phrase things.
-Overall book editor, someone experienced in publishing who has put together books and might have thoughts and suggestions on the book's layout, order of chapters, broader stuff like that.

If you ordered the hardcover, now is your chance to basically get a sweet, fancy slipcase thrown in. How? By sharing the crap out of this project.
We've hit every stretch goal but this one. If we hit 30k, all hardcover orders will get the slipcase included. We are at about 26k now.
I'm pretty sure I have exhausted all my contacts with big follower lists at this point. I've called in all my favors. I've paid for ads on Facebook and Twitter. At this point, the only surge will come from organic shares.
